Auto-send is off by default. You see every AI draft and click to release. As you build confidence with specific topics, you can enable auto-send for them — e.g. opening-hours questions.

Which email accounts are supported?

All IMAP/SMTP accounts, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), Fastmail, ProtonMail. Shared mailboxes and distribution lists too.

Do I still read my own emails?

Yes, completely your call. The AI runs as a layer on top of your inbox. You see every email exactly as before. You can enable it on selected mailboxes only.

Who can access the email contents?

Only you. Content is processed on voiceOne servers in EU/UK, never used for training, never shared. Data processing agreement included.
