voiceOne for hair salons
You with the scissors.voiceOne on the phone.
voiceOne answers calls when everyone in the salon has their hands full: appointment requests, changes, questions about services and opening hours. Afterwards the appointment is in the calendar, the confirmation goes out by SMS if you wish – and nobody has to pick up the phone with wet hands.

Appointment: cut and colour
Example with invented data
An AI phone assistant answers a hair salon’s calls when nobody is free, for example during a cut, colour or consultation. It books appointments into free calendar slots, moves existing appointments, answers questions about services, products and opening hours using the knowledge the salon has stored, and sends a confirmation by SMS if you wish. With voiceOne, every call also ends up in the CRM as a contact with a summary.

Times, requests and place are invented. Only your own call log shows how many calls your business misses today – which is why we do not quote averages here.
With voiceOne the work does not end with the call. Afterwards the appointment is in the calendar, the caller is in the CRM with their request and a summary, and the confirmation goes out by SMS if you wish. If an appointment needs to be moved, the assistant finds a new free slot on the next call. Invoices can be created in the same system when needed; the accounts go to your tax advisor via DATEV export.
Yes. You forward your existing number to your voiceOne number, which you find in the application under Settings, Phone numbers. With Deutsche Telekom this works with *21*number#, with Vodafone and O2 with **21*number#; you switch forwarding off with #21# or ##21# respectively. With sipgate you set up forwarding under Settings, Routing. Alternatively you get a new number directly in voiceOne.
