voiceOne for yoga studios
You on the mat.voiceOne on the phone.
voiceOne answers calls while you teach: questions about the timetable, styles and trial classes, workshop bookings, callback requests. Afterwards the caller is in the CRM with their request, the trial class is in the calendar – and the class carries on without the phone ringing.

Trial class request
Example with invented data
An AI phone assistant answers a yoga studio’s calls when nobody is free, for example during a class. It answers questions about the timetable, styles, levels and card terms using the knowledge the studio has stored, books trial classes into free slots and records workshop bookings as requests. With voiceOne, every call ends up in the CRM as a contact with a summary; quote, invoice and DATEV export run in the same system.

Times, requests and place are invented. Only your own call log shows how many calls your studio misses today – which is why we do not quote averages here.
With voiceOne the work does not end with the call. Afterwards the caller is in the CRM with their request and a summary, the trial class is in the calendar, and the confirmation goes out by SMS if you wish. You create quotes for company classes and invoices from the same case; the accounts go to your tax advisor via DATEV export.
Yes. You forward your existing number to your voiceOne number, which you find in the application under Settings, Phone numbers. With Deutsche Telekom this works with *21*number#, with Vodafone and O2 with **21*number#; you switch forwarding off with #21# or ##21# respectively. With sipgate you set up forwarding under Settings, Routing. Alternatively you get a new number directly in voiceOne.

Yes. It books trial classes into the free slots of your calendar and sends a confirmation by SMS if you wish. If the email address is known, a confirmation is also sent by email.
It records the booking request with name and callback number and creates a case in the CRM; a callback request is noted. You confirm whether a place is available.
Yes. You create quotes and invoices in voiceOne from the case and send them by email as PDF, invoices also as e-invoice and XRechnung. Dunning with reminder levels and DATEV export are included. The AI team can prepare quotes; nothing is sent before your approval.
Yes. You divert your existing number to the voiceOne number. Alternatively, you get a new number directly in voiceOne.
No. voiceOne is software you rent. On the phone, your AI assistant speaks, not one of our employees. You set it up yourself and keep the settings in your hands.
