voiceOne for property managers and estate agents
You at the viewing.voiceOne on the phone.
voiceOne answers calls when nobody in the property management or agency office can pick up: damage reports, questions about properties, requests for viewings. Afterwards the caller is in the CRM with their request, the viewing is in the calendar – and urgent damage has been forwarded according to your rule.

Damage report: water in the basement
Example with invented data
An AI phone assistant answers the calls of a property management company or estate agency when nobody is free, for example during viewings or owners’ meetings. It records damage reports with property, location and callback number, answers questions about properties and availability using the knowledge you have stored, books viewings into free slots and forwards cases you define as urgent to a specific number. With voiceOne, every call ends up in the CRM as a contact with a summary; quote, invoice and DATEV export run in the same system.

Times, requests and place are invented. Only your own call log shows how many calls your business misses today – which is why we do not quote averages here.
With voiceOne the work does not end with the call. Afterwards the caller is in the CRM with their request and a summary, the viewing is in the calendar and the damage report is a case with a task. You create quote and invoice from the same case, invoices also as e-invoices; the accounts go to your tax advisor via DATEV export.
Yes. You forward your existing number to your voiceOne number, which you find in the application under Settings, Phone numbers. With Deutsche Telekom this works with *21*number#, with Vodafone and O2 with **21*number#; you switch forwarding off with #21# or ##21# respectively. With sipgate you set up forwarding under Settings, Routing. Alternatively you get a new number directly in voiceOne.

Call yourself and play through water damage.
The assistant asks what the call is about and follows the rules you set. You decide what counts as urgent, for example water in the building or a heating failure in winter, and which number it then forwards to. Everything else it records as a case and notes a callback.

No. voiceOne is software you rent. On the phone, your AI assistant speaks, not one of our employees. You set it up yourself and keep the settings in your hands.
