What is an AI CRM, and how does it differ from HubSpot or Pipedrive?

An AI CRM is a customer database that is directly connected to your telephony. On every inbound and outbound call, voiceOne automatically shows the contact card with history, notes, tasks and pipeline stage. HubSpot and Pipedrive are stand-alone tools — you pay per user (from £40 or £14/user/month) and have to feed call data in manually or via third-party integrations. voiceOne is included in the plan from £29/month and needs no integration.

Can I import existing contacts?

Yes. CSV import, Google Contacts, Microsoft 365 Contacts, HubSpot migration and an open REST API endpoint are available. The AI can additionally enrich data (missing industry, company size, web address) once contacts are imported.

Does the CRM write notes from the call automatically?

Yes. After every call, voiceOne generates a structured summary (enquiry, outcome, follow-up tasks) and writes it into the contact record. You can edit, extend or discard it — nothing is forwarded to third parties without your confirmation.

Does the CRM also work without voiceOne as a phone assistant?

Yes, but you lose the main USP. The CRM is usable as a stand-alone application (web + mobile app) and can take calls via the integrated softphone. The real value emerges when the AI pre-qualifies inbound calls and fills the CRM with structured data.

What pipelines can I model?
